5. Use of Our Services
- Students and guardians agree to use our services only for lawful and educational purposes.
The Two-Teacher Model, WhatsApp Doubt Support, and other interactive services must be used respectfully and responsibly. - Any abusive or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of access.
6. Payment Terms
- Payment for our services must be completed as specified at the time of enrollment.
- All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Good Marks Edu fails to deliver services as outlined.
7. Course Content and Access
- Good Marks Edu reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of a course, including materials, instructors, and schedules, as needed to maintain quality and relevance.
- Access to live classes, recorded sessions, and other course resources is for a specified period as per the course package purchased.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Requests for cancellations and refunds are handled as per our Refund Policy. Refunds may only be granted under specific circumstances and at our discretion.
- Classes missed due to a student’s unavailability cannot be refunded, but students may access recorded backups for review.
9. Limitation of Liability
Good Marks Edu is committed to providing quality education but does not guarantee specific academic results. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
- Good Marks Edu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

11. Code of Conduct
Students and parents agree to engage respectfully with teachers, staff, and other students. We maintain a positive learning environment and reserve the right to remove participants for behavior that disrupts or undermines the educational experience.
